Todd Winn

Todd Winn served as Co-Owner and Co-President of Winn Meat Co. for 23 years prior to its sale in 2008. His particular focus was cultivating and maintaining supplier relationships, beginning with contract negotiations and product assessment through to logistics, production management and food safety oversight. He was actively involved in the regulatory aspects of maintaining a USDA inspection facility as well as driving long-term value for Winn Meat Co. by building strategic customer relationships, identifying business opportunities and maximizing market opportunities. After the sale, Todd remained on the management team in the capacity of General Manager for the next 6 years overseeing supplier management, purchasing, food safety, sales and general operations. Todd further served on the Southwest Meat Association board of directors from 1996-1999. He has kept abreast of food safety, regulatory, and food manufacturing developments by attending professional seminars through the years, and received his HACCP certification in 1998.
