Our founders, Walter Wilkerson and Todd Winn, have 50 years of experience in the industry, yet continue to seek out and consult with a wide variety of industry participants to ensure that we are offering first-class products and services. Our mission is to provide a unique variety of protein options to our clients with an emphasis on product quality, food safety, and exceptional service.
Forum Meat Company is a local and independent meat company. We are located 35 miles south of Dallas in Ennis, Texas which allows for easy access to the major Texas restaurant markets.
